• Vietnam Medical Assist provides coordination services for international patients and overseas Vietnamese seeking medical care in Vietnam.

• We are not a hospital or healthcare provider. All medical diagnoses, treatments, and procedures are performed by independent hospitals and licensed doctors.

• Our role is to arrange pre-consultations, visa support, airport fast-track, transportation, interpreter services, and hospital coordination.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• Final decisions on diagnosis, treatment, and costs are made by the hospital/doctor.

• In case of emergency, please call 115 (Vietnam ambulance hotline) or go to the nearest emergency facility.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices for packages and services are displayed in USD and may vary depending on hospital fees, consultation type, and service add-ons.

• Payment is made securely through OnePay, PayPal, or other approved channels.

• Government fees (e.g., visa fees) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Pre-consultation fees are non-refundable once the doctor’s appointment is confirmed.

• For other packages, partial refunds may apply depending on services already delivered.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing to vietnammedicalassist@gmail.com.

5. Data Privacy

• We collect and process your personal and medical information solely for the purpose of providing services.

• By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to hospitals, doctors, and trusted partners in Vietnam.

6. Responsibilities of Users

• You are responsible for providing accurate and updated personal, medical, and travel information.

• You must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa) and comply with Vietnam immigration and health regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Vietnam Medical Assist is not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or treatment-related issues.

• We are also not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues arising from third parties (hospitals, airlines, transport providers).

• Our liability is limited to the coordination services you purchase from us.

8. Changes to Terms
