At Vietnam Medical Assist (VMA), we aim to provide clear and fair refund and cancellation terms. Please review the policy below before booking our services.
All requests for cancellations or refunds must be sent in writing to vietnammedicalassist@gmail.com.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method (OnePay, PayPal, or bank transfer).
Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider (usually 7–14 working days).
Non-refundable once the doctor’s online consultation has been confirmed.
If VMA cannot arrange a consultation with a qualified doctor within the agreed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation 7+ days before arrival: 70% refund (minus any government or third-party fees already paid, e.g., visa fees).
Cancellation 3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date: Non-refundable.
Services already delivered (visa approval, interpreter booking, transport arrangements) are non-refundable.
Visa fees, hospital consultation fees, and medical treatment costs are set by third parties and cannot be refunded through VMA.
Any refund for medical services must be requested directly from the hospital/doctor.
If a client fails to show up for scheduled appointments, transfers, or consultations without prior notice, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Clients may request rescheduling (consultation time, airport transfer, etc.) with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability.
Additional fees may apply depending on the changes.
VMA is not responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, government restrictions). In such cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
